Our Sanctuary’s Primary Focus is on Animals with Needs
This means we’re constantly running a tab at several local veterinary clinics.
Hip surgery and leg amputations are not cheap. In addition, the cost of preparing an animal for its forever home such as health checkups, defleaing, and heart worm medicine, are substantial.
Our food bills are a reoccurring cost. Any amount that you can give is appreciated and put immediately to good use. We also maintain a wish list at Amazon if you would like to make an in-kind donation. If you are visiting the island and could accompany an adoptee on a return flight to the States, or live in Puerto Rico and would like to foster one of our rescues, please texted us at to see if we could use your services. An animal will have a better life because of your generosity.
